By renting from us you agree to our Hire Agreement. Please read this before purchasing.
A refund will be given if you cancel within 24 hours of booking your rental. You can email us at email@example.com. You will not receive a refund if your garment has already been posted out to you. A refund will not be given if the garment does not fit correctly. We are happy to provide you with more information around the size and fit before you purchase. Refunds will not be given if you fail to provide a correct postal address or select the incorrect shipping option. It is up to you to ensure that all information given is correct when placing an order. A refund will be processed if a garment arrives to you damaged e.g. stained or ripped. However photo evidenced must be emailed to us within 4 hours of you receiving the garment.
Drop off: Drop off returns must be returned by 5pm the day following your event. Failure to do so will incur a late fee of $10 per day. If you wish to drop off earlier please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Postal: Please put the garment into your prepaid return bag and drop it to your nearest New Zealand post shop by 4pm the working day following your event. Please hand it over the counter. This will activate the tracking and we will be able to see you have dropped it off. Do not put it in a postal box as this causes delays. Failure to do this will result in a late fee of $10 per day.
If you have lost your return bag or have decided to post back instead of drop back you MUST send items back to us with overnight tracked courier and send us the tracking number before 4pm the working day following your event. Failure to do so will result in late fees.
If your garment is returned late and we have to cancel the following rental you will be liable to pay for this.
If dresses aren’t posted back to us with tracking & these do not arrive back to us you will be liable to cover the cost of replacement
If damage occurs, you are liable to pay for the full cost of repair. If the required repairs affect upcoming rentals you will be liable to pay for these as well. If you damage a garment beyond repair you are liable to pay the full retail cost of the garment. If dry cleaning is needed you will be charged a dry cleaning fee.
There is an additional fee for Rural address and Saturday delivery. Please ensure you select the correct shipping method at checkout. Failure to do so will mean your garment may not arrive in time and you will not receive a refund for this. Rural delivery orders need at least 4 business days notice otherwise we will not refund your order if it arrives late. Orders are shipped out on a Wednesday morning unless they are not rented the weekend before. If you order after 3pm on a Thursday you must select Saturday Delivery to ensure your garment will arrive in time. Please call NZ Post (0800 COURIER) to confirm that Saturday delivery services are available in your area.
We accept bookings months in advanced. Payment will be taken at the time of your order. If you need to cancel your order please email us at email@example.com within 24hours of booking. Once 24hours has passed you are no longer eligible for a refund.
