Covid-19 Information

Rentals will go ahead as normal. If your event has been cancelled please email us ASAP with your order number so we can arrange store credit or change of date. To receive full store credit you must let us know before the Wednesday prior to your event as we send orders out at 7am on a Wednesday. If you order has already been sent you are not eligible for store credit.
If the alert levels change once your garment has been sent and the new alert means the event is cancelled you will receive store credit minus the postage costs. The dress would then need to be dropped to a post office by the Friday to be eligible for the credit.

Please allow up to a week for an email with your store credit. If you are wanting to book something else ASAP please let us know. 

We are still running try ons during level 2. Please ensure you DO NOT come if you have travelled to Auckland in the last two weeks or have been unwell recently/are currently unwell.
